4 Days Lake Mburo and Gorilla Safari
Day 1: Kampala / Lake Mburo National park
On your arrival, you will meet your safari guide who will drive you to Lake Mburo national park with lots of views en route and a stopover at the equator for photography. Reach in the afternoon for lunch
at your selected lodge and after wards proceed for a boat cruise on Lake Mburo that rewards you dramatic views of animals like the hippos, crocodiles among others as well as birds at the sores. Dinner and overnight at Arcadia Cottages / Rwakobo rock
Day 2: Lake Mburo / Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After a cup of tea, you will embark on an early morning game drive so as to meet the early risers as they move out from their hide outs. This gives good views of the zebras, antelopes, buffaloes and many more. Return to your lode for a heavy breakfast and then transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park, a home to famous mountain gorillas. Reach late evening for dinner and overnight at Gorilla resort / Buhoma community Bandas, Gorilla valley.
Day 3: Gorilla tracking in Bwindi forest
You will have breakfast and head to the park headquarters with your packed lunch for briefing before setting off for the remarkable experience in search for the famous mountain gorillas. This activity takes a period of 1-8 ours depending to the movement of the gorillas in the jungle however the thrill of encountering these humble apes erases the poor memories you went through while finding them. Dinner and overnight stay at same lodge as day 2.
Day 4: Day Hike / Departure
Enjoy community walk or a forest walk after your breakfast and later transfer to Kampala with lunch en route or proceed to Entebbe international airport for your flit back home.
